The Willow & Lotus is the ideal location for a memorable event, whether it be your wedding, family reunion, anniversary party, birthday celebration or another special day. We can also accomodate business events or meetings. The property features an intimate country setting with panoramic views of open fields and mountains, yet it is convenient to the college town of Middlebury. The 2.5 acre property can host gatherings of up to 75+ guests.
Use of our grounds includes the remodeled
barn, new gazebo, and/or any part of the grounds where you may want to
place a tent for your outdoor affair.
Rates for events vary depending upon
number of guests and number of nights/days you require for your event.

Rooms in addition to event: (2 night minimum on weekends)
$100-120 per night.
-Nonrefundable deposit: 50% at booking,
balance paid one month prior to event.
-Events must end by 10:30 PM. Please let us know if you require special
hours or amenities.
-Catering and rentals are not included. We can provide a list of local
companies and restaurants that offer a wide range of choices.
-Alchoholic beverages permitted only if you contract with a caterer who
is licensed to do so.
